Can you install Random Maps that other people have made into your game?

I found a cool map called ALASKA that another player made. The instructions for installing the map are:

-Copy the files "alaska2.xs" and "alaska2.xml" to your "My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\RM" folder.
-Copy the "alaska.ddt" file to your "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\art\ui\random_map" folder.

I have a "My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\RM" folder, but no "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III" folder. There is only one Age of Empires III folder on my computer after installation, and I suppose that the other one is in the STEAM database and used to boot my game.

Does that mean that there is no way for me to play this map?

Instead of putting the file into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III, put it in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Empires III. It should work the same way.
