Achievements bugged after 1.4 Gb update

Hello! I resumed playing A New Beginning the first time after that big update, and I noticed I didn't get the Lone Wolf achievement and Radio Operator Fay. I'm afraid to advance now for fear of missing further achievements. Has anybody had this issue? How do I solve it?

I'm playing right now for the first time and I'm getting all achievements. Did you started a new game?

No, continued from my savegame. Now I re-loaded that same savegame and got the Lone Wolf even though I should have gotten it from the first time when I skipped the cubes installation on the antenna, but I'm still unable to get Radio Operator Fay achievement, and I've finished the first chapter, I should have gotten it already, as far as I know it's a story-related achievement and it's impossible to miss.

having the same problem with Radio Operator. And to be honest i dont think they are planning to fix this :). Also i started a new game, reinstalled the game, switched languages few times, and still cant get this achi.
