Still as good as I remember and so much fun playing. The one really awesome feature of the remastered edition vs the original is the x3 speed. Its really nice for powering through running around, exploring, draws, battles(For those that dont mind the level up difficulty). Wish it had all the same achievements the original version had though. Weird it doesnt. But the true reason I always come back to FF8 besides the characters/story is Triple Triad. Hands down the best mini game of any Final Fantasy in my opinion. Wish wed get a stand alone game of Triple Triad just for kicks.
