I'm having difficulty getting the Why and Lentils in the Oven achievement. Does anyone have any tips on where to get them? I heard the why achievement can be achieved by flushing Silver's toilet multiple times, but it still hasn't worked for me. ...

I've played the game and have seen 4 different endings. Are there more than 4?

I've managed to get all the achievements except for "Why". I found these messages after clicking on the toilet several times. "I don't have infinite amount of pee." "What do you expect?" "Why?" "Why are you doing this?" I'm guessing that the achievement should unlock after getting the last of these messages but for some reason it didn't. Is this achievement broken or have I missed something? Thanks....

Noticed this was to have a second chapter which was cancelled. I'm wondering if the story of this game actually ends with this game and that would have been a new adventure, or if the game ends with an unfinished story that was waiting for Chapter 2.
