Well I dont want a full 10th prestige level 70 account dude... I'm at an obvious disadvantage when im 30+ levels behind everyone in the lobby so i just want to get up to level 40-50 and grind up from there.

Just download IW(removethis)4X, you get everything unlocked and you won't get VAC banned or any of that ♥♥♥♥ for it.

No point in doing that, everytime i join a lobby and get everything unlocked they reset my account

Reason i quitted mw2... i was on 5th prestige level 20 trying to reach max rank and it happened that i joined a hacked lobby, with the first kill i got level 70, after a week or so my account got resetted to 0 prestiges level 1

There is 0 disadvantage being low level other than not having a custom setup. All the guns kill Play the ♥♥♥♥♥ game. Earn your sht the way we (most) all did and stop expecting to get whatever you want with no effort.

It does not matter, how big level you are. Everyone can find his favorite weapon in any level, even in lower level than 70. But then mastering it is another, very difficult part.
Okay, I understand, you want to save time, and to get rid of if I can call it, to get rid of hard work, hours of playing to complete challenges. What will be your next move? Mastering weapons? Okay, good try, but you should try your best, not to give up at start.
I managed to complete every challenge for my favorite weapons more than twelve times. Yes, I have been level 70 more than twelve times without being in any modded lobby, what would complete me challenges. It is challenge to do that, and you can be proud of the way you did it, how have you enjoyed it, and so on...
Trust me, you are doing a mistake, sooner or later, you will regret your decission, or may not, but you will delete your config and start playing again, because without challenges, this game is not and will not be as enjoyable as it was before for you.
Think about it few times, I am sure, that you will change your mind, if you are not a type of person, who gives up easily.
