Does anyone own unused steam keys or gifts? I'd like to own this software on Steam. Also, any chances that Pilgway adds this program back here?

WTH? I own the consumer and basic licenses. I went through ALL the hoops to join both their forum and their OTHER product sites and upload my keys and they want me to pay over $120 to F-ing Upgrade to the new 2021??? What happend to owning a product and everyone saying you could updrade to 2021 for free??? Any help please☺?...
