GREEN SCREEN OF DEATH????
so i just got back from vacation and started comp works great then steam. wellll.......
i did the update thing and then went to my servers hit connect to my CS 1.6 server that i always play in and GREEN SCREEN. nothing nada zero. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Add -nofbo into your launch options (Steam → Library → right click on CS → Properties → Set launch options → OK). If the problem persists, check this helping topic.

if the "nofbo" solution dont work for you, try this..

On nvidia control panel -> manage 3D settings
If you set anti-aliasing mode to "override any application settings", you will get a green screen (-nofbo corrects).
If you select "controlled by application" or "improove application", it works fine (without -nofbo).
