This game plays a bit like Space Engineers and Endless Sky (not to be confused with Mo Man's Sky) with some basic PvE. Technical with some micromanaging but without being too deep or complex.
3rd person, control your ship and weapons directly.
Mine materials, build a ship from voxels, hire a crew, trade between factions, blow up pirates and aliens, get better weapons, get closer to the centre of the galaxy to find better materials to upgrade your ship with. Have a fleet of ships if you want and manage them RTS style, or have them follow you in 3rd person. There are a few quests and bosses to find on the way, too.
