[FS2] Fixing Game Abandonment
Hi,
We're looking for any suggestions that the community may have on how to fix the problem of people abandoning games when it looks like they might lose.
Just to be clear these suggestions will probably only be used for Frozen Synapse 2 as that game is early enough in development that we can make substantial changes to how multiplayer works....

Using custom maps 
Game Won't Launch / Game Crashes On Launch
If the game is crashing on launch please try forcing the game to run as an administrator.
Go to <directory where Steam is installed, usually C:/Program Files (x86)>/steamapps/common/Frozen Endzone
Right click on Frozen Endzone and click on Properties
Click on Compatibility and then check the box marked 'Run this program as an administrator'
Click OK and you should be able to run the game from Steam again[\list]
Unfortunately this means that the Steam overlay will no longer function. We ...

I set the game's resolution too high and now I can't see the menus. Any way to manually reset it?
^ Topic title. I have connected my PC to my HDTV and the resolution can be a bit confusing. I was trying out different resolutions, and then accidentally set it too high. Now the menus are all "off the edge of the screen" and so I can't click on the options.
Any way to reset it manually, like with a config file somewhere?...

I Am So ******* Fed Up With This ****
Tutorial doesn't work. No tutorial. No indication of keybindings or how to operate this piece of stih "game". It's just another take the money and move on ripoff.
This is the last Steam game I'm buying. There's more and more and more of these "games" where you have to figure every single thing out for yourself or watch other players' guides. If there's a box that says "Play Tutorial" then I expect there to be a tutorial to play, not just a static screen which reacts to nothing; No mouse clicks. No key pr...

Can anyone point me to any other games which specifically have players plan their turns and then the game executes them simultaneously, while also being moderately light weight rules wise?

I think every game should be a draw personally. Unless they change it.This happened and someone won. Maybe we should get to see the map first, then pick our people/weapons and see what happens next.
