I've re-installed the patch. I'm not aware if it changed anything, but it is working now.

I'm getting similar issues to FubyDoo was, I've downloaded the patch but I still get the error;
Am I missing a step?

The chatham one at least says this - (also the marketplace one is the same)
Shift + P Raise the 3rd rail shoes. Also activated by pressing the blue
button on the upper left panel (18)
Ctrl + P Lower the 3rd rail shoes. Also activated by pressing the yellow
button on the upper left panel (18)
However that being said, I don't think the Southeastern electrostars were ever tested for Dual Voltage use (in game or real life), they just had a pantograph on the roof :).
