1 to 1 zoom sensitivity for sniper

How fov affects sniper's scoped sensitivity

The game's default setting of the command is 1.0, this only applies to the default fov setting 75.
Every player has set their fov to 90, setting the value to 0.83333 compensates for the higher fov.

fov_desired 75 - zoom_sensitivity_ratio 1.0 (default)

fov_desired 90 - zoom_sensitivity_ratio 0.8333
