Report a translation problem
1. You don't have to export and pack separately, the PACK MOD button does that for you.
2. Check "Clean" to avoid an extra click for cleaning the export.
1. You don't need to copy the model files manually. Set up the custom folder in Object -> SCS Object for both root locators.
2. You don't need to swap tobj materials. Select tga, then click on the Plus button on the next line. If you've changed the name/path of the tga file, click Update button instead.
3. If you add a new locator variant, you have to return to the main menu to re-hook the mod, `game` command won't help you.
4. You don't need to make the UI picture manually. Just put the files in `material\ui\accessory\` (root), the conversion tool will handle the rest.
Have you done this for older versions? I am planning to convert the HSR Topaz mod (and Caelus by extension) to 1.40.

Which export step are you stuck at, 5 or 9?
Make sure you click "Clean the old convert file" button before you click export
And check your texture folder, make sure that only your texture file are in there.
