Found on the official osu! forums, I've re-uploaded the official 2008 skin from osu!'s olden days up to the McOsu Workshop. This is a direct re-upload so none of the files have been modified aside from making a quick Steam Workshop thumbnail and McOsu creating the .txt for it.
