Secret Unit Locations: Updated for Full Release

Locations of all 54 secret units and 3 secret maps. A brief description of each secret unit is also provided.

Introduction

There are currenty 54 secret units in total, and 3 secret maps.
WARNING: Reading this guide may spoil your fun in finding the weapons. It's like an easter egg hunt across many different maps, with a prize for finding the easter egg.

Press F (by default) to enter freeroam to obtain the weapons. Once you find a weapon, by going near it, it'll start glowing. After about 5 seconds of glowing, it will disappear and award you with a brand new unit, and a new secret faction.
Click the links for image that tell you where to find the unit, and what the unit looks like.
This list of units will be expanded when more secret units are added, and as soon as they are found.

Some information in the images may be outdated, such as unit pricing, abilities etc, because of recent patches / updates...

The raptor is a tribesman with a spear and shield that rides a raptor. The raptor charges into enemies and the rider will attack with the spear. Can be found on tribal sandbox.

Wheelbarrow Dragon's head

The wheelbarrow dragon is... well... a dragon inside of a wheelbarrow. A unit pushes the wheelbarrow towards enemies as the dragon breathes fire. Found on Farmer 1 under some trees.

Executioner's Axe

The executioner is a large axe-wielding unit. The unit is unlocked by finding an axe stuck in a tree-trunk on Medieval 1.

The tree giant is a giant wielding a tree. It is found on Medieval 1 and attacks units with its tree, as expected, dealing huge damage.

Jester's head in a box

The jester is a nimble unit with two knives, it attacks enemies with the knives and kicks them, then backflips to dodge attacks. It is found on medieval 1 in a barrel on the blue side.

Mace Spinner's Maces

The mace-spinner is a fairly large unit and, as the name suggests, it attacks groups of enemies by wielding two maces and spinning around in circles with them. He is obtained by finding his maces on Medeival 2, inside a spire.

Vlad is a heavy brute who carries a long wooden spike, spearing enemies and bashing them with it. He is found on medieval 2, in the bottom left corner of the map.

Cavalry's Spear

The cavalry is a horse-mounted unit that charges at enemies with a spear and shield. When the poor horse is killed in action, the knight will dismount and attack on foot. The spear can be found at the top of the beanstalk on medieval 2.

Artemis is a unit that wields two bows, and shoots several arrows at a time on unsuspecting units in very quick succession. Their bow can be found on the lighthouse of Ancient 1.

The teacher is a relatively cheap melee sword-wielding unit, that is capable of dodging and parrying attacks from other enemies. He is found on ancient 2, near a statue on the blue side.

Fan bearer's fan

The fan bearer is a cheap utility unit that works best in large groups. Its blasts back enemy units with gusts of air, delaying their attacks and allowing them to be easily taken out by ranged units without them getting too close. He is found on ancient sandbox.

Chu Ko Nu's Repeating Crossbow

The Chu Ko Nu is a dynasty unit which wields a repeating crossbow, capable of unloading about 5 bolts in quick succession on enemies, with the drawback being long reload times. His crossbow can be found in between a building and a wall on Ancient Sandbox.

Cupid's Bow

Cupid is a flying unit, similar to the valkarie, that wields a bow that, when shot at an enemy unit, will make a unit fall in love with another unit. The units die by snu snu.

Ballooner

The ballooner is a good swarm unit that grabs onto a unit, deploys a balloon, floats up into the air and then drops them at a high height to let them die of fall damage. The only way for the ballooner to go back down, however, is to undeploy his balloon, but luckily the ballooner isnt affected by fall damage. It is found up in the sky on the Renaissance map.

Bomb on a stick.

The bomb on a stick is a cheap melee unit that attacks enemies with a stick with a bomb attached to the end of it. This blows up the bomb, and anyone around it including the user. It is found on the table at the bottom of map, on the left side.

Bomb Cannon

The bomb cannon is a war-machine unit, similar to that of the ballista and catapult. It shoots at units with a projectile that explodes on impact, similarly to the catapult, but the projectile has no arch and instead shoots in a *relatively* straight line.

CLAMS

The "CLAMS" unit is a summoner unit, similar to the scarecrow, that summons small clams that jump at enemies and attack them. It has a fast rate of summoning clams, and can make a whole army by itself. It's underwater in a small cave on the left side of the map.

The Blackbeard is a large brawler unit. He lunges at enemies creating a small shockwave, and then whacks the enemies with its large anchors attached to his fists.It's found behind the waterfall.

Skeleton Giant's Skull

The skeleton giant is basically a larger version of the skeleton warrior, he wields a massive shield and sword which he can hit units with. He also has the ability to scare units in a large radius around himself, causing them to run away.

Spooky 2

Spooky 2 currently contains the following secret units:

Necromancer's Lantern

The necromancer is found on the far right of Spooky 2. He throws projectiles at enemies that convert them into skeletons, that fight for him. He cannot convert all units; from my testing it seems he can only convert some basic melee units, he doesnt seem to be able to convert expensive or ranged units. However, some have said that with enough necromancers you can convert almost any unit. He can also swing his sickle if enemies get too close.

Witch's Broomstick

The witch is a floating unit that seems to have two main attacks, the main attack is it can fling projectiles at enemies which cause mushrooms to sprout on those enemies. Enemies covered in mushrooms seem to be slower and also seem to take damage over time, as well as getting a purple tint. They also appear to fight for the witch. The secondary attack of the witch is to summon two other witches that use the primary attack, which disappear after a short time.

The bank robbers are units that carry a large safe filled with money and throw it at enemies similarly to the longship. It is found in the bank, but the bank has to be broken into first! The back wall is breakable.

The gatling gun is a mounted turret that shoots at enemies. It starts off with a slow fire rate, but the longer it is shooting at enemies the fire rate gets faster and faster. It is found under some stairs in western.

The boxer is a melee unit that, as you can expect, punches units. It can also dodge melee attacks. Found on the right side of the legacy map, by the red camp.

Poacher

The poacher is a cheap bow unit that does less damage than the regular archer, but fires more frequently. To unlock them, you need to go up to the engraved text of the archer statue on Legacy.

Pike

The pike unit is a unit very similar to the sarissa, but it wields a much, much longer pike. His pike does a lot of damage, however they can only attack with it once and will have to resort to being unarmed. Found leaning against the church.

The barrel roller is a unit that runs into enemies and explodes. The unit dies in the process, so its best to have other units on the field as well. The explosion has quite a large radius, but doesnt do that much damage.

The pharaoh puts a giant aura on the ground, enemy units within that aura will be forced to bow down to the pharaoh, being unable to move. He has no other attacks and has very low health.

The chariot is a unit in a cart tied by a rampaging horse. The chariot will ram into enemy units, and if the horse gets killed he will step out of the chariot and attack with his sword. The chariot rider has a shield, too.

Wizard's Hat

The wizard is unit that has both ranged and melee attacks. If a unit gets close, he'll use a sword to attack them, but units further away will be struck by a spell from his staff, that will cause an explosion harming anyone around the struck unit. The hat can be found on a stump to the left of the house on Legacy.

Thor is a strong unit that has a mix of ranged and melee attacks, and the ability to deflect projectiles.

Dark peasant's hand

The dark peasant is an incredibly strong unit, capable of blocking all projectiles of hitting him, shooting his own projectiles at enemies, throwing certain projectiles that targeted him back towards enemies, can grab enemy units and smash them into the ground creating a shockwave, and if he gets surrounded he will create a huge explosion that knocks any units around him, back.
