Check the dates of your mods, and make sure they are all updated, or just try unsub/resub to them to see if that resolves your issue(s). If you are running another mod that also affects some of the same features as this one, then that could be another reason and consider removing those mods, allowing this one can have full reign.

i only have this and Harmony mod on a fresh install, however when i create a roundabout or manually remove pedestrian crossing the street still remains with the crossing stripes on it.
Do you need another mod to also get rid of the graphics?
