Saved Games Foler

Hi, I bought a new computer with better graphics etc. to keep up with the demands of the game. Yes, I love it that much!

In any event, I was wondering if it is possible to move the saved game file from my old computer to my new one. I have looked under the program files location, but see no obvious "saved games file". I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone in the community or the developers could provide.

Hi!

On windows you can find the saved game files in the folder C:\Users\%YourUsername%\AppData\Local\Tropico6 - Beta\Saved\SaveGames\

In order to find the folder AppData you need unhide hidden files and folders in your windows settings.

You're going to need to make all new games with the official release, so I wouldn't worry about it...

I am thinking the save files have a certain amount of debug data that is specific to the beta. I too would highly recommend starting from scratch.

I totally agree. But the question was about moving saves from an old system to a new one and not between beta and full release.
