Okite Yaburi needs a dedicated setting to control it
As it stands Okite Yaburi seems to be happening at random during the late damage phase. I'm fairly sure it's not tied to the personality traits, or CPU level. Might be around the same thing governing strike exchanges? Who knows.

But yes, edits will happily steal SML+MED slot moves off each other even when they don't have noteable S or F moves put into those slots (Okite Yaburi Back Switch).

It would be lovely if we had either

A.) a % value to control them with.

or

B.) an on/off toggle

Cheers guys.

CPU move stealing is controlled by (Flexibility + 40 - Showmanship), if that adds up to 0 or less then it never happens. The chance depends on opponent health and caps out at ~2.1% per front grapple against a near-dead opponent. For it to happen at all the opponent has to have lost more than 30% of their health.

A toggle or dedicated % would still be nice to have.

Oh snap, did you check the code for that? Really cool info, thanks!

Yes. The full formula for it is: { (Flexibility - 30 +100 -Showmanship -30) * 0.015f * num1 }, with num1 from a table of [0, 0, 0, 0.1f, 0.2f, 0.3f, 0.4f, 0.5f, 0.7f, 1.0f].
The value is based off 10% health increments, so 60%>Opp.Hp>=50% would get 0.2f as the num1 and 10%>Opp.Hp>=0% would get 1.0f.

It is in its own boolean method, so it would be possible to modify (ex. add a time or health gate before going to the normal formula) or replace (consult entirely different values, like repurposing a rarely-used % from CPU logic as the dedicated steal%) it without affecting anything else.

Neato, thanks again. Add me to friends list sometime if you wanna talk more logic.
