It's a real shame that this game has been abandoned. It had a lot of potential, and I still play it from time to time just because it scratches a certain itch for me to build a city and manage its inhabitants from first person POV. If the dev picked this game back up and started working on it again, I'd change my recommendation to yes - but as it is now, the systems are underdeveloped, and there's not really enough content to keep you playing for more than a few hours before you get bored.
