How to install maps?

I really dont know how to install maps ( I am trying to install RP_Evocity_v4b1) No steam guides could help, I did learn how to press the W key! Thanks steam guides!

You download them from the workshop of course.

Go in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps Copy the map here

I put it there, not showing up.

Go to workshop(under the community tab) go to garrysmod then go to maps (I reccomend toprated maps) and when you find one you like mouse over it and click the plus in the bottom right corner of the map

Gmod 13? go to addons, hover over it and click install (you will need to find it in first)

The map is not on workshop guys, why do you think I am posting. Now refer to the first three posts, those are where my issues are stated.

go to www.garrysmod.org

search up the map name
100% you'll find it there

click download and drag and drop the map into the map folder in garrys'mod map folder then bam your done
