those quests are luck based, the lair is out there u just have to get close enough to it for it to appear on the map go to where they are alot of bandits as the "bandit lair" spawns bandits so where there are bandits the lair should be around there some where

Im pretty sure that quest is broken as Ive tried the quest numerous times but never found it, even with cheats and exploring all of the north.

So, ive been looking for 5 hours and finally found it. It was West of Hornwood for me, but some people found it between deepwood motte and Winterfell, But they probably spawn randomly. If you still didnt find go look on the official AWORLDOFICEANDFIRE webpage ( http://aworldoficeandfire.co.uk ), and ask questions there.

You cant see a bandit lair with cheats on, you have to actually go near it to see it.
