What can i do with rumors
I dont understand why i need to know all this random stuff. Can you get quests from them or what?

You will sometimes be given the opportunity to do some repeatable tasks, not quests. Like finding a red brotherhood hideout or being given the chance to find hidden loot in Rane or Valonbray.

It also has chances to summon those rare armies onto the maps. SO make sure to ask for rumors whenever you get to a town
