How To Ascend On Ragnarok
So I've gotten to the point in the game where I am able to create a primordial matrix and spawn in a primordial to tame but I need to be level 140 to do so and need to ascend to get past the 135 level cap. Does anyone know how to do this on Ragnarok?

Download this, choose one of the XP styles that isn't Stock and set your max player level to 180. That will set the player cap to 150 for Ragnarok, currently there is no way to Ascend without traveling to The Island/Aberration via a clustered server or upload/downloads if on Singleplayer.
