okay so it is kinda
but the metro cop deploys the manhack and it plays the spotted music.
i'll just disable it for now.
if the creator can fix this, please fix it.

From my experience, the stealth works more if INPC is disabled, but yes, it's somewhat compatible with INPC. Just be sure to disable the npc infinite view if you don't want to be spotted so easily.
