BLACKLIST/WHITELIST issue
If you want to use the blacklist and/or the whitelist you need to put a space before the comma in the list.
Example: PickUpWhitelist=PrimalItemStructure_PreservingBin_C ,PrimalItemStructure_Mirror_C

I will fix it in the next mod version

With space or w/o space my blacklist still doesn't work. Is there an addition setting that has to be used to make it work?

Here is my settings:
NoCollision=True
PreventPickUp=False
PickUpDamaged=False
PreventPickUpDamagedPickupable=True
MaxWeight=0
NoOutlineEffect=False
TimeToPickUp=0
NoCollisionKey=Alt
FreeFloors=true
HideBuffIcon=False
PickUpBlacklist=HangingBridge_V2_C, BP_Gateway_Dynamic_C

@Augur the pickup blacklist does not work for structures, which implement its own pickup mechanic.

Dang, I guess I will have to be careful then, and not pickup those structures up with the helmet.
