Resource map? Or good base location?
Anyone know of a resource map?

I am thinking of playing a bit on this map on the cluster I just got started on. I would like to find a good base/outpost location...mostly for the purposes of making element. So close or centrally located to these element making resources would be preferable. We use the dino storage mod, so ocean access isn't needed. This would be a base build with the support of tames and resources from anoher map on the cluster.

Any suggestions. I didn't really want to use SP to explore the map first, but I could.

Hey Jenny- I got your number! I know this is a few days old post, but if you haven't started yet here's my two cents.
I had a small base at approximately 35 35, on top of the mountain there. It's relatively safe (maybe a carno, raptors, and dilos at worst), you can fence and gate the top and there's a pond with a good amount of fish. At ground level, there's a gas node and a charge station, and you are just across from the redwoods where there are more of each. You're also close to the center volcano, where there are several more gas nodes.

I actually made a little spot in the redwoods on the edge of a plateau .

And finally someone got the reference for my steam name.
