Communist, spread communism throughout the americas, create faction Pax Americana or join cominterm
Democratic, team up with usa and allies

There should also be a historical neutrality branch focused around industry/infastructure and volunteers.

As a Brazilian, I think it would be best for a fascist Brazil to retake the Cisplatina province (Currently called "Uruguay") and not mix with the "dirty spanish speaking lot" choosing instead to puppet these nations, as well as seek cooperation with the other fascist countries in the Americas (Venezuela, Peru, San Salvador, and Dominican Republic) and later on join the Axis in their wars. Something else, is that there should be some kind of Brazillian monroe doctrine, so that Brazil can exert its influence on the region, which, together with strong industrialization fucuses, could transform Brazil into a local powerhouse, challenging the US for the control of the Americas. Keep in mind that you should add focuses to improve the natural rescources found in Brazil, given the vast quantities of it in real life. Dont forget to add a branch for cooperation with Portugal, where it could end in a focus called "Re-Unite the Kingdom" which would create the faction "Reino Unido do Brasil, Portugal e Algarve" (Algarve is a region in southern Portugal). After that focus, there could be some kind of re-take old Portuguese colonies, which would claim Nigeria, Spanish Africa, all of malaysia, all of indonesia, Labrador, Newfoundland, Maldives, Mysore, Fars, Bombay, and Gujarat for Portugal ( maybe you would like to put this last part on a Portuguese focus tree in the future)
