Watch Tower Station
Ok, so I am trying to figure out. The watch tower station, should it be close to earth, or out in the outer rim so to speak? Not sure where to built it to be the most useful.

Hmm, interesting; that depends on how vital it is to be able to immediately defend *for you*, it would seem, verses how secure you believe your nation to be- or so it would seem to me.
