Have you considered suppressing the solar system from this galaxy? After all Gargantua is in an other galaxy so no chance to "find back" Earth from Edmunds planet.

Sol should not spawn in any new playthroughs. I removed Sol from the spawn tables. If you are running another mod that modfies prescripted_species_systems.txt or special_system_initializers.txt you may still see Sol.
