I agree with the bleed, although I think it should be 6 seconds instead, and also have +10% damage, with -10% swing speed AND movement speed.
It wouldn't be used very often if it makes your attacks slower. Maybe -10% swing speed and -10 % damage penalty?
The swing speed is to compensate for the damage penalty, and the slower movement is for the bleed.
-20% damage (compared to caber)
-Charge drains 50% faster with it equiped
-No random crits
-when explode you get bleeding too
+cause bleeding for 10 sec on successful hit
+75% overtime damage resistance (bleeding, etc...)
