At the moment Ark can't handle vehicles (though they've hinted that it may be a upcoming feature) so the only jeeps would be old and broken down.

I wouldn't expect jeeps or vehicles in Ark until much later in it's developement cause modding depends on games content right now so maybe in future but like Charles Dewitt said they have said they are thinking about it but I don't expect to see it any time soon.

Also someone would likely have to reskin the vehicles if ark made functional vehicles so it wouldn't be an official look it would just be a reskin modification anyway.
