If you join to the map from official servers, you might have chickens spawn on the map. I cannot fix this currently as hammer editor has not worked since CS2 update. You can fix this by typing this to console, after which if you shoot the chickens they wont spawn back.:
sv_minimum_desired_chicken_count 0
