Uhm um maybe his moveset could have a random value because gambling. Also his taunt could be him screaming "I CAN'T STOP WINNING" that would be funny methinks.

neutral - a small gunshot appears from the gamble thingy doing a quick few damage
side - he throws a comically large coin at you
down - he plants a landmine that looks just like the button from the flipnotes
up - he jumps up from the button giving not much height but can be used twice
side strong - just a simple hit, nothing special
up strong - he swings the gamble machine up at you , being slow but powerful
down strong - he breaks the machine on the floor (maybe a terminal montage explosion lol)
quick - hits you repeatedly
up quick - he flips a coin that explodes
down quick - the machine is stupidly squished down to do a quick hit
running quick - chucks the machine at you
arial - swings that bird guy from gamblecore 4 (i forgot his name) in a circle
side air - just a jab (1/3 chance to be the button)
back air - tosses the goober from goobercore at you!!!!
up air - he hold up the button and it explodes if hit (might do aoe damage)
down air - same thing as up air except down

ultimate (smash orb) - 1/3 chance to take a life off the opponent

and finally but not least... his iconic "LETS GO GAMBLING!!" as a taunt.
