So we already know that nmpd hq is bugged, it crashes the game when it starts loading.
Also, if you end up dying and respawning in that chapter, that can cause a crash.

Theres a visual bug in the final cutscene of the chapter, where Romeo cops a Gravity hammer to the chest.
The chieftan spawns into the scene WITHOUT his hammer, so he mashes Romeo with thin air.
The only other issue with the scene is that due to Romeo wearing one of the Fireteam Raven suits, his armour doesn't get damaged by the beating, so he doesn't look like he's sustained an injury.

Also looks like the transition from Data Hive to Coastal Highway causes a crash to main menu
