Chat GPT Flavor Pack (Complete) and Rebalance + aren't two game balance mods that conflict with their changes?

Playing in 1.11.5, when i try to pick any leader in both starting dates or any of the proposed starting characters, the game crashes

next time you can share playset too, sorting 100 mods by hand is tough.

Characters failed to load

The characters besides myself and my lodge are just empty; I see their shadow but not them. Any idea of which mod to disable?

Nvm someone said the "fix" was a gamerule.

I also noticed this when I was starting a new game. This is, however, intended. One of the mods in this collection hides portraits of "unknown characters" to the player. This can be changed in the Game Rules towards the end of the list. It is under "Show Unknown Character Portraits" and default seems to be Don't Show.
