Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used
- no random chances
- no "uM acTuAlly tHiS shOuLd bE jUsT a rESkiN"

I want the weapon to encourage a aggressive/matador type play style without it sounding too much like The Big Earner.

(-) backstabs no longer instant kill, instead backstabs deal minicrits

a thought to probably give the revolver a debuff or something to discourage revolver play like "(-) revolver has less ammo".

Pros:

On hit: Covers enemy into butter for 6 seconds (Enemy becomes very slippery) which causes him receive mini-crits

Cons:

On holster: Covers yourself in butter for 2 seconds
Covered enemies can't be backstabbed

In case of reskin:

Big Earner

I will choose to not follow the rules of good stat ideas and say that this should just be a reskin. It's naive to think that valve will make balance changes should it be too good and valve would probably never add a new, functionally unique, weapon to begin with. There is however a chance they might be willing to add new reskins which also would be very cool since not everyone is very fond of warpaints. As a reskin i think it would be good to put it on the big earner.

backstab has absolutely no giveaways(no sound, does not remove disguise, no animation)
backstabbing gives 3 non-backstab crits for your knife
up to 15 crits can be stored at once(this stat probably won't be in the weapon description)
+50% damage bonus (60 damage)

cons:
backstab does no damage
backstab angle increased by 10(it's a con because now it's easier to backstab and deal no damage)

Gun spy stun vibe! Allows disruption of key targets and allows for focus on revolver usage at a safe medium distance. Would be good with any watch or revovler.
