Bugged Skill (Lone Druid's Bear Return Skill)
The Bear Skill (Return) from Lone Druid Causes the hero with this skill to be able to blink anywhere in the map. I hope it's not supposed to work that way. It's an irritating piece of crap and should be fixed.

It sends you to the bottom edge of your screen.
So essentially, it's a 3 sec (?) cd global blink, which is why it's in banned list.
