Why does the bots not buying any items??
before downloading this bot i always encounter a problem regarding the normal bots that dota 2 offers- they dont buy items so after checking reddit i stumbled upon this thing call "PhalanxBot(7.39) and said in that reddit post that it could probably fix my bots not buying items thingy, so after doing all the steps in manually downloading this "PhalanxBot (7.39)" my bots still doesnt buy any items :(.

Make sure the script "PhalanxBot (7.39b)" is selected in the custom games lobby for both teams. Make sure the server location is set to LocalHost.
