First Update!!!
This is a real major update for you guys, after the video Alex the Rambler made, the following changes have been made!

=Balance Update=

Base of 69 Aluminium has been added to Tannu Tuva
The commander Saveloy has been set to a 2 skill general (up from 1)

Dunno, is it enabled in the playset? And are you playing as Tannu Tuva?
