What game version exactly is required?
Hi,
for those of us getting SS3 for the sake of trying this mod, what exactly version is required?

It says it requires a DLC, so is it more than the base game?

Also, "Fusion" seems to involve other games starting from the First Encounter. Is it sufficient to get Serious Sam 3: BFE?

Serious Sam 3: BFE should be all that is necessary. There is a chance you also need the "Jewel of the Nile" DLC for BFE, but I recommend trying the mod without it first.

Fusion is a bit of a confusing concept. It's a free updated Serious Engine branch running HD First Encounter, HD Second Encounter and 3: BFE. You need at least one of them to run Fusion (in "Flat" - VR versions are separate games). Within the context of Fusion, those games are the "DLCs".

In any event, if you load the mod and the "Unable to load level" error appears, open the console (default ~ key) and we can figure out exactly what else you need.

Buying the SS3 BFE, you get the SS Fusion for free, on which the mod is launched.
