Generic - all Soviet divisions can tow ZIS-2 and ZIS-3 guns by unarmed Dodge WC-52, M-30 howitzers by ZIS-42 and 85mm heavy AA by unarmed M2 half-tracks, if they have access to those transports. Some divisions already could do so, but now all of them can.
Removed 76mm support guns from all USSR Tank and Mechanized Corps, as ahistorical.
Replaced Avtomatchicki squads in all Soviet Tank Corps with Mot.Avtomatchiki unit, with loadout of 10 PPSh, 1 DP and AT grenades, and 8/16/24 vet1 availability.
In USSR Mechanized Corps amount of Avtomatchicki reduced to 2 cards, but additionally added 3 cards of Mot.Avtos there.
Soviet Guards rifle divisions standartized at 5 cards of Avtomatchicki and also got 1 more card of Gv. Komroti.
Recon units with access to armed Dodge WC-52 transports can also use their unarmed version - some couldn't previously.
Mot.Razvedka squads can no longer use BA-20 as transports.
Recon and line infantry units can no longer use Voroshilovets as transports, except for engineers.
All Vzvod PTR can use WC-52 as transports.
ZIS-42 halftracks removed from Soviet heavy artillery - aka, 122+mm arty, except for M-30 howitzers.
Note: all newly added unit cards have the same availability per card as base game ones, unless stated otherwise.

2-y Gvard. Tankovy Korpus - 2 GTC finally matches its description and historical counterpart, being totally reequipped with T-34/85. 345th heavy SPG regiment, tasked with providing fire support, finally rearmed with accurate ISU-122. Unfortunately, regiment got spread out in process, so only some batteries are available to 2 GTC.

Tankovy Korpus - 3 GTC tank tab was overhauled, according to Soviet sources - documents indicate Korpus being at 1/3 equipped with lend-lease tanks, and at 2/3 with domestic T-34 of various types. 5th Guards Tank Army command has transferred IS-2 companies, supporting 3 GTC, to army reserve.

10-y Gvard. Tankovy Korpus - according to 4th Tank Army reports, Uralsky Voluntary Tank Corps had much better AA and antitank defence then in-game description indicates. 10th Corps had only 20 76mm guns of all types total, but used heavy AA for AT duty, same as 3 GTC. 51st Independent Motorcycle Regiment had only 5 operational Tigers and 2 Panthers. "Sekrit documents" suggest that 10 GTC rocket artillery unit was equipped with Katyusha. 10 GTC had only 3 SU-85 total, and increased veterancy makes them more viable choice.

3-y Gvard. Mechanizi. Korpus - 1510th light SPG regiment from 3 GMC was trained to fire as artillery and took part in artillery barrage at the begining of Operation Bagration, as well as provided direct fire support. 3 GMC used heavy AA for AT duty, same as 3 and 10 GTC.
(3GvMK) Added 2 more SG-43 MMG cards and 4 cards of Maxims. SG-43 are also available in all Phases now.
(3GvMK) Added one card of Vzvod PTR.
(3GvMK) Non-ace card of SU-76M PT was moved to artillery tab. Availability is set similar to other arty SU-76M.
(3GvMK) Removed M-42 AT guns. Instead, total amount of ZIS-2 cards increased to 4.

7-y Mechanizi. Korpus - 7 MC has finally received their brand new T-34/85, and a rest of historical equipment and support units. 352nd heavy SPG regiment was sent back to 4-ya Gvard. Mechanizi. Korpus (and told not to come back). Also, 17th Air Army now provides 7 MC full air support, allowing Black Sea Fleet aircraft to redeploy elsewhere. 7 MC artillery support was provided by 76mm, 122mm, 152mm guns and rocket artillery, not by 203mm.

Rezerv 43-y Armii - 377th heavy SPG regiment received new ISU-152 prior to summer operations. The 43rd Army also included the 1203rd SPG regiment with SU-76M. By 1944 Pe-3s remained only in the Northern Fleet.

Podv. Gruppa Tyurina - After evaluation, general Tyurin concluded that his manoeuver group fits definition of mechanized formations more then armored ones. Per in-game description, Gruppa Tyurina is also stated to be Soviet equivalent to Panzergrenadier division, not Panzer division.
4th Air Army had few Pe-2 and used them only for recon duties. Actual air support for Group Tyurin was provided by IL-2 mostly under La-5 cover with some Yak-7 and Yak-9, and no Pe-3 were present either. 23rd Guards tank brigade had 10 SU-76M in addition to T-34. Also, according to Front reports, Tyurina, as modeled in-game, can deploy more tanks then an entire 2nd Belorussian Front combined during operation Bagration.

Podv. Gruppa Bezuglogo - General Bezugly persuaded 39th Army command that his 5th Gvard. Strelkovy Korpus is actually a Gvardyia formation. As a result, most of Manoeuver Group infantry was promoted. Exhausted 251th Rifle Division was transferred to rear echelon, leaving only a small detachment in Korpus vanguard.
(Bezuglogo) Most of Strelki squads and leaders were replaced by Gvardiya squads and leaders with double amount of cards. Strelki (SVT) remain as an exception, representing 251th Rifle Division.
(Bezuglogo) Added 2 cards of BM-13 Katyusha (2/4/-).

Podv. Gruppa Vyborg - rest of 1st Red Banner tank brigade has finally joined SU-76P battery. 220th Tank Brigade received some T-34/85 and got remaining light tanks back. Group Vyborg was also reinforced with company from 283rd light amphibious battalion and 1495th SPG regiment coming from Narva area with some SU-85. 260th heavy tank regiment and SU-76M regiment were reassigned elsewhere. Also, 27th Guards heavy tank regiment was replaced by 26th one (and no one noticed...). Group Vyborg had only 4 SU-76M total (in 220th brigade, btw). 1st tank brigade, aka main source of T-34/76, had T-34 both with and without kupola on photo.
La-7 were newest addition to Soviet arsenal, first fielded by 1st Belorussian Front during operation Bagration, with mass deployment begining at tail end of SD:2 timeframe. Neither VVS nor PVO units operating on the Karelian Isthmus had any in June 1944, yet deployed plenty of La-5.

Morskaya Gruppa Bakhtina - due to increasing VVS activity, Black Sea Fleet fighters can provide some fighter cover to Akkerman landings. Also, landing order for heavy equipment and supplies throught the operation got significantly adjusted.
Konstantin Dmitrievich Denisov not only survived the war, but also left memoirs. According to those memoirs, his unit was tasked with supporting Akkerman landing operation, not flying over3rd Ukrainian Front armored columns. Also, while 7th Naval Fighter Regiment was equipped with Kittihawks, since October 1943 Denisov led 11th Guards Naval Fighter Regiment, with P-39 Aircobra.

(Bachtina) Moved ace card of P-40 fighters from 7th MC.

126-y L. Gornostrelkovy Korpus - 338th heavy SPG regiment provides a bit more support to 126 LRC now. 73rd Separate Guards Heavy tank regiment, primary source of KV in the area, received tanks well before KV-1S or KV-85 entered production. Even using Petsamo-Kirkenes offensive as a latest date for 126 LRC, Yak-3 never operated in the Northern Arctic in 1944, being sent either to Baltics, or to units advancing towards Berlin/Budapest. Reasons for adding Pe-3 are mentioned below.

It deploy more Emcha tanks then an entire Cavalry Corps really had, so Emcha numbers decreased. On the other hand, 9-ya got support from battered units of 9-y Tankovy Korpus.

One battery from 345th heavy SPG regiment is added to provide long-range support. 63th heavy tank regiment returned to 16th GRD and took all KV and SU-152 with it.

While 1GTC and 44-ya received support from 2 heavy SPG regiments (344th and 354th), only 344th Rgt had 152mm SU, while 354th one spotted ISU-122 instead.

84-ya Gv. Strelkovaya Divisiya - what remained of 345th heavy SPG, finally made it to support 84th GRD, as planned by 11th Guards Army command. Even with all attached units, 84th was infantry formation by design. SU-76M battalions, issued to some Guards rifle divisions, had only 13 SPG per battalion, and A/B card in AT plus full card in arty tab gives 17.

184-ya Strelkovaya Divisiya - 184-ya got support from 513th Flamethrower tank regiment and 253rd Engineer tank regiment during Bagration. Soviet 5th Army (184-ya parent formation) had no 280mm artillery support, only 152mm and 203mm.

358-ya Strelkovaya Divisiya - 397th heavy SPG regiment has finally received proper ISU-152. 358th RD also got support from 1238th SPG regiment with SU-76M and 260th heavy tank regiment, bringing KV-1 and Churchill tanks, as well as additional AA cover. Division antitank artillery was adjusted to be more authentic, due to 71st Light Artillery brigade, supporting 97th Rifle Corps. Battle of Tali-Ihantala saw a lot of Soviet artillery, 203mm included.

But 46th brigade was in support of 109th Rifle Corps, quite far from 358th division (and later on was redeployed to 59th Army), so some restrictions were introduced for ZIS-2.
(358SD) P-39N Aircobra fighters got base vet1, availability decreased accordingly.
(358SD) Replaced 21 cm Mörser 18 with Br-5 280mm mortars.

Note: while in vanilla Group Vyborg 260th regiment was represented only by KV-1S, there are photo of KV-1 identified as part of that regiment, so I gave it KV-1E and kept KV-1S as command tanks.

7. Eesti Laskurdiviis - 7. Eesti armor includes whole 8th Estonian Rifle corps mobile group from 2nd Shock Army (Estonian T-34 regiment, Soviet SU-76 regiment and 3rd battalion of 152nd tank brigade - not depleted remnants), rushing to Tallin. But, it also deploys parts of 8th Army mobile group, racing towards Tallin from another direction - 82nd tank regiment (KV and Churchills) and 1222nd SPG regiment (mixed between SU-85 and SU-122), yet there are no SU-122 and a rest of second mobile group is also ignored (T-34-85 regiment + SU-76 regiment). In addition to armoured vehicles, Eesti had support by the 1st battalion of the 40th Guards MLRS regiment with BM-13, and a 760th AT regiment with 76mm guns.

1 Polska Dywizja Piechoty - Because Polish 1st infantry division was organized along Soviet lines, it shares changes in transport selection with Soviet divisions.
(1DP) M-30 howitzers can use Voroshilovets as transports.
(1DP) 76mm regimental guns are also available in Phase B now.
(1DP) Replaced BA-20 recon armoured cars with BA-64.
(1DP) Replaced Yak-7B with 82mm HE rockets with IL-2 with similar 82mm loadout.

Armia Krajowa
(AK) Added one card of Soviet P-39Q fighters (-/6/9).
(AK) Total amount of Studebackers and ZiS-5W DSZK increased from 60 and 8 to 70 and 9 respectively, to account for all LWP units.
(AK) Increased amount of Universal Carrier HMG to -/5/10.
(AK) Replaced BA-20 recon armoured cars with BA-64.

Corpul VI Teritorial - 6th Guards Tank Army had only few T-70 left, but included motorcycle regiment with some SU-57. Yak-9B fighter-bombers were even more rare then the La-7 or Yak-3 fighters, and didn't operate over Romania in September 1944.
(C6T) Replaced T-70 recon tanks with SU-57.
(C6T) Replaced Yak-9B with AT clusters with IL-2M with AT clusters.
