BUGS & ISSUES
Please report any bugs or gameplay issues here, I'll do my best to ensure everyone enjoys this mod.

To help you, I need the following information:
- Your mod list (which mods have you subscribed too?)
- Your Output Log
(located here: C:\Users\*NAME*\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital\output_log.txt (this can tell me what went wrong, use https://pastebin.com/ to send it to me if need be)
- Your save file (C:\Users\***\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital\maps)(this will usually let me interact with the issue and determine a fix)(Not required but helps)
- A screenshot of the problem (not required but it can really help)

Saved game location:
- Win: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital\maps
- Linux: /home/USERNAME/.config/unity3d/Oxymoron Games/Project Hospital/maps/
- Mac: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/unity.Oxymoron Games.Project

BUG/ISSUE TRACKER:
Current:
Department Icon swaps places with other mod departments sometimes (Esidara):
- Proving to be more difficult than originally thought, changing the icon index causes some odd issues with existing patients no longer been allocated to a department. Will need to investigate more before I attempt to fix it. 11/05/20


Past:
1. Cannot fix Abscesses (Surgery problem) in Oncology - Fixed in v0.13
2. Can't see Surgeons in doctor hire list - Fixed in v0.13 (they won't always show but this has fixed the issue that they would never show up)
3. A few symptoms like Hyperglycemia are been revealed by the patient - Fixed in v0.13 (makes more sense that someone wouldn't know this until it is revealed by a blood test)
4. Ovarian Cysts has the wrong name (fixed in v0.13.2.0)
5. ICU anaesthetists aren't working with Oncology Surgeries (Fixed in v0.13.3.0 thank you for reporting Mrrau).
6. Stuck patient issue (most likely related to symptom collapses) (Should be fixed in v0.13.3.0, thank you for reportling Utrechtertje030 & jaspertheking605)

Unable to prescribe Incision and Drainage procedure in oncology ward. For treating abscesses (a post-surgery complication).

Since the latest update my oncology patients are stuck waiting for the doctors while they are just sitting there and doing nothing. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Hi Jasper, absolutely, the last update was 6 days ago though, are you referring since that update?
None the less, I've edited the main post with the information I need to help, if I could possibly get that information that'll help me try and find out what the issue is. Just to check, is it definitely Oncology related diagnosis? CRP does have exams added by Oncology.
If possible, if you can send your save file, that might help me really nail what the issue is. I'll list how to do that above too.
I'll ask this question, do they have any tests queued? They'd probably say 'Test Text Size'? If this is the case, I know exactly what's happening. I do just have to go to work sorry and won't be back online for about 10 hours, as soon as I am back I'll fix this issue though.

Hi, I have a problem with surgeries on my oncology department. On every other department surgeries work pretty fine, but not on oncology. I have 3 doctors, that are free, 4 nurses, free anaesthetist, stretchers, IC romm, surgery room (marked for oncology department), but still, every patient is just waiting for free stuff or is "making way" for patients in critical condition and it is like this for 3 days (game days). I can send you all the needed things that can help if this is not some common issue. This problem is just on oncology department, but I think that maybe I did something wrong, just don't know what. Other mods that I use are "more insurance companies" and "fire protection".

Hi, I think i've found where the problem was. Since last PH update there is no need to have special anaesthetist on each department, because anaesthetists from IC department can assist for all the surgeries. However this does not apply to surgeries on oncology department and that was the issue. When I got anaesthetist specially on oncology department they started to operate oncology patients. Can you fix that and make it like in all vanilla departments is now- that you don't have to hire special anaesthetist for each departmernt, just have some free on IC department?

Hi @Mrrau, thanks very much for the report, does sounds like something with the surgery code has changed to include the ICU anaesthetists! I'll have a look at that right away.

Hai Sleepy068,

I have the same problem. It seems that the doctors are ignoring the patients. I have mostly this problem with adenocarcinoma. I cant treat them when they are hospitalized or the doctors in the doctorsoffice are ignoring them. The patients just wait in the waiting room.

If you want to see some files or something, where can i send that to?

Hi Utrechtertje, thanks for reporting the issue, absolutely, if I could get maybe your save file that is having the issue and your mod list I'll look right into it. That way I should be able to just recreate the problem and it'll help me work out exactly what is wrong.

@Utrechtertje, I think I've worked out the issue, lung adenocarcinoma was a very potential giveaway to what might be causing this bug. I'll post the fix as soon as possible. I am midway through a partial build for the next patch, I'll see if I can't wrap things up and get this out ASAP. Can always add more to the next build and I don't want bugs piling up. Probably not a bad idea if I can get that save file anyways just to make sure if fixes the problem.

Hi Guys, I have posted the latest patch for the mod, this should fix the two latest bugs (5 and 6 in past log above) that players have been experiencing. Please let me know if you continue to have the problems reported (please note if you no longer see it too as that'll mean I definitely found it).

Hi Sleepy! It worked on the Adenocarcinoma, but it seems that i have the same problem with the livercancers like hepatocellular carcinoma (critical)

Hey mate, i thought i fixed up all my collapses so the issue shouldn't be happening anymore, ill look into it as soon as I am home from work, maybe internal bleeding still has the old reference structure or some other issue.
Interestingly, i did test this cancer quite a bit and had collaspses without issue on my game but rest assured I'll work it out! :D
Do you think you could upload the save that has the stuck patient and list any mods you are using? Might help me hit this issue on the head. Thank you.

Hey @Utrechtertje030, fixed, update is live, the fix should correct any patients stuck because of the issue, my testing did luckily show this but let me know if you get further issues.

Hiya. I've noticed that when I build a room in any department, oncology and gynecology swap places on the department bar
