HELP GUIDE:
I cannot rely on Google translate or other means because I only speak English, however I want as many people as possible to enjoy this mod so I've setup a small guide for multilingual speakers to translate my mod. There is a catch, my localisation is rather text heavy, I try to give the player as much information about certain symptoms or diagnosis so they can learn as much as possible but that does make your job a lot harder.

Step 1: Download my mod via the Github link here:
https://github.com/sleepy068/ProjectHospital_Oncology/releases

Step 2: To translate my mod, you need to edit the following documents (* icons indicate a part you will need to change): ModStringTable*En*BuildingMode, ModStringTable*En*Diagnoses, ModStringTable*En*Examinations, ModStringTable*En*Skills, ModStringTable*En*Symptoms, ModStringTable*En*Treatments (this might change as the mod changes, please do not edit ModStringTableEn, this tells the player that I made this mod. I will remove this file if you submit it with your localisation. Otherwise, you take credit for my entire mod, sorry, I will give you credit in the localisation on the game (people see your name when selecting this language) and in my mod's description.)

Step 3: Change the file name to your language code, e.g. ModStringTableDeBuildingMode for German. You can find your language codes in your project hospital addon file but if you are unsure, please ask and I'll tell you. (If you submit the wrong codes, I'll happily fix it up.)
File: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Project Hospital\ProjectHospital_Data\StreamingAssets\Addons\*LN CODES HERE*

Step 4: Edit the language identifier in all the ModString documents (as below)
<GameDBStringTable ID="LOC_*YOUR CODE*_ADDON_ONCO_BUILDING_MODE">

<LanguageCode>*YOUR CODE*</LanguageCode> (Very important to match the game loc)
<LanguageNameLocalized>*YOUR LANGUAGE* (e.g. Italiano) </LanguageNameLocalized>

Step 5: Give yourself credit:
<Contributors>
<Name>*YOUR NAME/USERNAME*</Name>
</Contributors>

Step 6: Modify all English language within <Text></Text> fields to your language.
Try you best to not edit any code, code is usually within <> icons.

Step 7: Upload the edited files to Google or One Drive and send me the link (via this forum is perfect) and i'll add it to the game.
(I do security checks and random localisation spot check translations to ensure compliance.)

Step 8: You did it! Ensure you save these files as a backup if you intend to continue to support this mod's language needs. I update this mod frequently and some existing localisation can change, my change notes for updates will always try to identify this to make your life easier but they aren't perfect sorry.

Step 9: My mod will continue to developer and your support is always welcomed, new content is easy to see as it'll always be separated by a version identifier and always at the bottom. It is the updates to old localisation that can create a rift between our content. I always post the change notes of any update that has effected old localisation in this thread (you can also see them in the change notes). To help me, please action these changes to your translation. This will ensure the player's experience will not differ no matter the language.

Note, it is a LOT of work but believe me, your work is appreciated and means a lot to me and the many players that speak your language. Thank you so much.
REMEMBER: If it is just too much text, feel free to paraphrase or reduce the word counts in your own way, as long as the information is accurate, I do not mind what you do to convey the content.

FAQ:
- You haven't updated my translation yet?
Generally as soon as someone post a localisation update, I copy it to my working mod folder so it'll flow through even if i forget about it (I also save your work in a records locker, just in case we lose anything). Occasionally I will forget, so please don't feel you cannot remind me if it takes too long but if I am mid-build, it is quite difficult to stop everything, finalise the build and post an update to get the translation live (lots of bug testing if changes slip through). I will try to never take longer than 5 days to get your post live but I do apologise if sometimes it does take longer. I try to wait until a build is ready to update everything. Let me know if this is a worry to you, I'll go the extra mile if I need to, your work is beyond amazing,

Hi,I update my translation in here:
(https://github.com/1328411791/Oncology-Department.git).

Hey guys, thanks very much for updating your translations, I do have a tendenancy of moving some of the localisation around at times and noticed quite a few new symptoms are missing on the translations, especially in regards to the Cell Marker symptoms. Completely up to you guys if you want to translate it all because it is a wall of text but I might just note on the records that the translations are only Partial for now. To make your lives a bit easier, I'll seperate any new localisation in a version history in the english string tables. That way you'll immediately know what has been added so you can copy paste quickly. Thank you!

Hi mate, I don't speak the language nor know anyone that does, you are more than welcome to translate the mod yourself if you speak it. There is a tutorial above that will teach you how.

I've never worked on mod editing before but if you need a helping hand to translate some walls of text into German then feel free to send me a message!

@Bowelas & @Wolfsherz Any translations are always appreciated so I'd love to add German to the mod. There is a small tutorial above that should help you and I've written it for those that have no programming experience or strong IT skills. The German language code is DE <LanguageCode>de</LanguageCode>

No problem. And thx @wolfsherz

I have already translated the gynaecology mod and i'm halfway through yours. :)
