Suggesion tread.
Any sugessions are welcome, maybe some of my updates gonna be wrong so you can write it down here

How many league mechanics do you plan on implementing?
I ask because I've been thinking about making a mode akin to mimicking some mechanics of league.
If you wanted me to make some stuff I'd be happy too (I haven't got any panorama experience but mechanic wise I got some)
I've got a system in place to allow for 100% crit stacking already in another gamemode of mine (which involved completely rewriting how crit is done)

Hit me up if you want, it'd basically just be me giving you code/files to chuck in lol

So I wanna make the Town Portal Scroll to be a free and infinite in the inventory, just like a Recall button in league, but with mechanics of Dota's TP and CD about 50-60 seconds. Also I don’t wanna to delete a courier, but with true Recall button the courier will be more useless. But, on the other hand, I think that Recall Button will make playing safer because we don’t have shrines here.
Another thing is to make a Summoner Spells, but some of them with less cooldowns than in original game, because of the items like mekansm or blink that are analogs of Heal and Flash, but with less CD.
Also I wanna make the buffs from neutrals, like Blue buff (not actually original buff, just dropping Arcane Rune, because I found it close to each other).
Bushes. Bushes are the one of important parts, because they’ll make the feeling of map more like “League”, and I wanna introduce them in one of next updates, still fighting with them, trying different ways to make them work properly.
The buildings rework – Stronger towers with less radius, more heal from fountain and more fountain damage
Inventory slot for Observer wards – make it the same as it works in League.
Next thing I wanna introduce is reviving barracks (as inhibitors in LoL)

Of course I need some help, because I'm bad at scripting :D

Most of these seem pretty straight forward

I'll try some out tomorrow when I'm free

TP Scrolls should be easy, and it'd be easier to make the Red & Blue buffs act like they do in league as opposed to dropping a rune

I made red buff
well, a version of it that works at least
how you implement it is up to you
I'd put it in a pastebin but its a series of files so itd be easier to transfer them some other way, either through dms or like, discord or something

On the topic of your planned updates, I would definitely forgo changing actual hero skills and focus on balancing them. Because I think the best plan is to give DotA2 with the feel of LoL with it's map, but not changing the core mechanics to fit.

of course I'm gonna balance them for the map, so the Monkey King was deleted to be balanced for map - he was very imbalanced due his tree dance, I'm thinking about to change his 'Tree Dance' to something like Slark's 'Pounce' but without rooting, or something like Talon's [E], btw it's just plans and I'm gonna find a solution only with community. Or I can only change the trees on HGs to the untargatable models, so we gonna see, and I still thinking about all of this. So we all gonna find out the heroes that are imba on this map and I gonna balance them (not only me - I'm with guys that are good in coding and helping me).
Also I'm thinking about two versions for the map: "balanced DotA heroes" and "Some LoL champs" but it's just plans, and this could be implemented in late stage of development, anyway it's just plans and no one knows when it's gonna be live, or will they whether at all.
