0 passenger in metro
as the title suggests I have 0 passengers on the subway.
I noticed that you have recently updated the mod.
Could things be related?

No, we didn't touch anything related to metro since release of first V11 version, more than half year ago

I have had this problem and I found it was caused by a broken station. Fix is to delete all stations ands tracks usually if it's broken one piece of track won't delete and you goto use move it to select and remove hidden track pieces also. Then rebuild and it works fine again

I have the same problem. The first 2 subway lines run normally, the 3rd, 4th and 5th (last 2 habe different track) have 0 or 1 or 4 passengers. Same for busses.

Use CSL Show more limits or WatchIt mod and check CitizenUnit count and other limits.
