I don't know if I'm the only one getting these issues, but here is the Screenshot

Seems that all items are having this issue.
I'm using other few complements for Deep Storage too, such as Little Storage 2 and Deep Storage Plus (Continued).

If anyone can tell me where the code makes stored items into smaller icons, I can fix this. I'm still sifting through the RW codebase

No idea, but sent a SS in the RW Discord. If they reply me back, I let you know

I have found it and am working on a Harmony Transpiler.
Math is definitely involved

Has this been fixed in the latest update or not yet?

Yes

@littlewhitemouse Was it in "public virtual IEnumberable<IntVec3> AllSlotCells()"? This new UI layout is interesting tracking all this stuff down...

Still seem to get the same issue as before. I resubbed to make sure it updated.

GenThing's ItemCenterAt(...)
@SP4RTAN - if you check the vanilla storage, you will see that they are ALSO about as far up.
I'm not totally sold on that either, but your giant stacks of meals are now taking the same amount of screen space as 3 vanilla stacks of meals

Wow. So not much can be done about it because that's how the game is coded to stack on shelves now. Hopefully this gets changed in the future because it's driving me crazy.

Someone had a suggestion for a mod setting to go back to the old method (everything stacked in one place) and I will consider if I can do that. Now that I know what's going on, it's probably doable.
I have put in a suggestion with the devs to at least move the diagonal stacks *down* a little bit, so they fit in line with the offset stacks

A mod setting would be great

I'm hoping for a fix for this too. It looks absolutely awful at present (though I appreciate it's also a vanilla issue). As Spartan says, a mod setting would be really awesome

Mod setting added! Once I had already done the earlier fix, this wasn't too bad, all things considered? I only had to restart about 7 times while testing ;)

Hi LWM,

Thankyou for your efforts in putting this together! The problem I have is the 'Vanilla' tick doesn't change the graphical output in my save. Shelves are still stacking diagonally.

I have restarted the game fully a couple of times, built new shelves to see if the old ones were the culprits, emptied them and restacked...

EDIT: I started a completely new game with the vanilla settings and I'm still getting the same issue
