Rebalanced Industries
A suggestion
Something extremely annoying and frustrating with the Industries DLC is the fact that the industries themselves do not produce demand at all, state owned I mean. I had a farming sector the size of my city and hadd double the amount of jobs as people employed but commercial and residential was in the toilet. Not to also mention that my farming industries never actually exported products to the commercial areas in the city. What's that? You have crates of fresh fruits and vegetables grown right here in the city? >Sorry, we don't do that here.jpg. I was wondering if you could make some adjustments that would both:
1. Make state owned industries produce demand for both commerical and residential sectors based on jobs produced and how much the industry sector itself produces
2. Industries can export their products to commercial areas in the city for the same cost they would get exporting their produts out of the city

They do deliver to zoned industry, and zoned industry delivers to comercial. You can't deliver raw materials like crops, animal products or wheat to comercial zones, you have to process it in a unique factory to make finished goods. Finished goods will deliver to comercial zones to be sold. Imagine driving a trailer full of cows to the grocery store.

Moo? I haven't seem that happeneing, maybe I should pay closer attention then. But I still think my point the demand stands.

Only base resources like crops, oil and lumber and ore will be delivered to zoned industry.
