I have many hours in vanilla and now diplomacy, but I always stopped playing once I got to an army size of around 75-100 because I didn't really know how to progress beyond that.

I am playing once again, this time with DiploLitdum installed and I love the Vanilla+ features. However, I'm facing the same problems again: I've leveled up to level 12, got 4 or 5 hero followers with different party skills, and an army of elite mercenary women. Groups of bandits are no longer even remotely a threat to me. I've done a few tournies, bought a few enterprises.

Now I'm stuck at what to do next to progress. Any tips?
