Afterburn duration is debatable
when you shoot it at air it makes a bridge of ice. the range is the longest possible range of flamethrowers and you can walk on the ice
does only 1 damage 2 if minicrit and 3 if crit
can freeze ground. and enemies slip on it and then they crash into a wall. they take minimal damage and get stunned for 1 sec this is really good if you wanna make a huge hockey area somewhere. like spit some ice over there in that huge field there are many scouts with sandman and you got yourself hockey! also you can make ice walls of this. buuuut you should be careful not to shoot it around yourself because ice will not dissapear over time and only enemies and teammates can break it with melee. you can also do it with fire based weapons
enemies shot are slower. if they are killed they are frozen solid like the spy cicle
airblast launches a like "snow grenade" that creates a little wall of snow. it does not stop projectiles but covers them in snow reducing their damage to -90% of the damage BUTT it takes 50 ammo per airblast. also imagine how this would be on a 10x server XD 1 airblast the entire map is covered by snow
maybe making the pyro creative and be useful for revealing hidden bridges or something
taunt:is like the rainblower but its instead blue fire. and enemies in range are not killed but have their hp reduced to 25 and they are taking afterburn damage and afterburn is not afterburn at all but instead maybe clouds of frost surrounding them
Well, minicrits are only 1.5x the damage but right here...these seem too hard to be balanced by steam because its rather overcomplicated. Tf2 modders can create custom maps with ice such as this, maybe you should submit this idea into them. Especially that tf2 competitive is coming out, this really would be hard to balance. Still, until Smissmas, I wouldn't spend too much time on this topic as there would be no other tf2 updates before then that would have a minimal chance of including this weapon.

+slows enemys like natashasa BUT stacks, 1 second is only half slowdown but 2 secs is normal slowdown, 4 seconds slows them down even more,
+water freeze when shot, so u can move faster on water, also when a scout at 5 hp on fire jumps into the sewers on 2fort and dies from breaking his legs on ice XD
+deals 15% more damage to pyros,
+M2 shoot a snowball that deals 50 damage but comsumes 10 ammo
+shooting a freindly teammate on fire will exquinguish them, (takes ten ammo but 1 snowball will do it instaltly
+charge snowball by holding m2 and not shooting to shoot it further and more accuratly, with more damage but comsumes more ammo up to 30 ammo per snowball
-deals zero after burn

-25% damage penalty against heavys (cause of they're thick fat)
main pros:you can click mouse 2 to launch a snowball. it can also be leveled up the longer you charge it up... soo it also has a meter. 0%=lvl 0 25%=lvl 1 50%=lvl 2 75 %=lvl 3 100%=lvl 4. you can also OVERCHARGE it. and to overcharge simply hold m2 while the snowball is fully charged... snowball lvl 0:does 10 damage. snowball lvl 2:slows enemy and does 20 damage...snowball lvl 3:slows enemies down HEAVILY and does 50 damage. snowball lvl 4:does 75 damage and freezes enemy for 2 sec. overcharge:launches a supersonic ball of welll... cyro and it freezes enemy for 5 sec and does 100 damage.
lesser pros:slows enemies down.
if enemies are shot at for long enough they are frozen solid. and they need to be shot for about 3 seconds to become frozen.
main drawbacks:only 150 ammo after it overcharges and fires it will knock you back and it looks like its charging a ball of cyro in the front of the barrel. because after overcharge fires it looks like it compresses aaaaaaaaall of the cyro into a tiny space. every level of snowball costs 50 ammo... the ammo is weak too.
lesser drawbacks:does damage as fast as afterburn or bleed
