Is the 17k conversion cost of a lv1 city intended?
I occupied the Saxon city and converting the lv1 main building cost 17417 gold which is quite a few times more than Vanilla and Europa Perdita.

That prevents AI from unwanted converting cities into barbarian village too early. Everything you meet in FotE + EP Revised IS INTENDED.

It took me 8 years to make all 3 mods looking good, balanced, playable and challenging.

PS. Before asking more trivial questions check shoutbox for answers, all you ask was answered there many times.
Thank you very much, this mod is extremely good! The way you set up the WRE's finnancial and political crisis at the start is brilliant and add a lot of immersion. However, I feel like maintaining positive public order is impossible with -16 religious difference and -18 immigration in most provinces, especially when the tier 1 and 2 buildings only give 2-3 public order. Any tips?
Considering how extremely easy it was to raise public order to 100 in base Europa Perdita I think I love your version much more. But manually fighting identical rebel battles every turn (cause auto-resolve means defeat) can be a bit tedious imo.

You may use supporting armies to auto-resolve battles.

Brain, patience, you hurry nowhere, then just play. Even if you won't win, there is always another run to go and try again.
