Bait "in range" length was actually set by me measuring all the dinos and settings the value by Dino Tag. If a creature is resized or has an alternative dino tag, it uses some backup logic that mirrors the same distance check for Honey, but it's a bit wonky.
Odd that it only works when KO'd though...
Odd how it's only affecting KO tames. In theory it shouldn't, as the distance check is the exact same regardless of enabling the option. I'll have a gander...
I've changed it now to set it when it wakes up, so should hopefully be fixed.
